1. Overview & Acceptance
Welcome to Sketchline ("we," "our," or "us"). By engaging our digital studio for web development, e-commerce, custom software, UI/UX design, or advisory services, or by browsing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
2. Scope of Services
Every project undertaking is defined by a written scope of work, technical milestone schedule, and commercial agreement agreed upon prior to kickoff. Any additions or scope adjustments requested during development will be communicated and scheduled with clear timelines.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final settlement and receipt of agreed project fees, full intellectual property and ownership rights of custom application source code, bespoke design assets, and content delivered for the client are assigned directly to the client. Sketchline retains the right to display the completed work as part of our studio portfolio.
4. Confidentiality & Security
We uphold strict professional confidentiality regarding proprietary business logic, client roadmaps, database records, and operational credentials. All credentials shared during integration are encrypted and never disclosed to third parties.
